I started working with artificial intelligence and we (I and AI 🤖) designed a morning routine to increase mobility. 🤸‍♀️
This is the conclusion we reached for today.
- Get out of bed and stretch your body for a few minutes.
Walk around your room and do some light stretching. Touch your toes, reach for the sky, and twist your body side to side. - Perform some basic bodyweight exercises to get your blood flowing.
Jumping jacks, push-ups, and sit-ups are all great exercises to do in the morning. - Do some weightlifting specific stretches.
Reach up high and behind your head to stretch your shoulders. Squat, put your feet shoulder-width apart, squat and reach down between your legs to stretch your groin. - Foam rolling
Foam rolling is a great way to massage your muscles and improve blood flow. Use a foam roller or ball to massage your muscles and improve blood flow. - Finish up with some deep breathing exercises to relax your mind and body.
- Breathe in slowly through your nose, counting to four as you do.
- Hold your breath for a count of four.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four.
