I started working with artificial intelligence and we (I and AI 🤖) designed a morning routine to increase mobility. 🤸‍♀️
This is the conclusion we reached for today.

  1. Get out of bed and stretch your body for a few minutes.
    Walk around your room and do some light stretching. Touch your toes, reach for the sky, and twist your body side to side.
  2. Perform some basic bodyweight exercises to get your blood flowing.
    Jumping jacks, push-ups, and sit-ups are all great exercises to do in the morning.
  3. Do some weightlifting specific stretches.
    Reach up high and behind your head to stretch your shoulders. Squat, put your feet shoulder-width apart, squat and reach down between your legs to stretch your groin.
  4. Foam rolling
    Foam rolling is a great way to massage your muscles and improve blood flow. Use a foam roller or ball to massage your muscles and improve blood flow.
  5. Finish up with some deep breathing exercises to relax your mind and body.
    1. Breathe in slowly through your nose, counting to four as you do.
    2. Hold your breath for a count of four.
    3. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four.
